Service Delivery
At Precision Dental Claims, we provide professional dental insurance claim preparation and submission services in accordance with the terms of your signed contract.
All services are rendered in accordance with the terms and scope outlined in your signed contract. We begin fulfillment once all required information and documentation are received, as specified in the agreement.
Client Responsibilities
To initiate and ensure timely claim processing, clients must provide:
Complete and accurate patient and insurance details
Clinical documentation and supporting attachments (e.g. xrays, clinical notes, prior authorizations)
Completed claim forms or necessary billing data
Incomplete or inaccurate submissions may delay processing.
Rejections & Resubmissions
If a claim is rejected due to an error on our part, we will correct and resubmit at no additional cost.
No Refund Policy
Because we deliver professional services and allocate resources upon initiation of your request, all sales are final.
No refunds will be issued once work has begun, regardless of claim outcome.
Security & Compliance
All services are performed in accordance with HIPAA regulations and current dental industry coding and submission standards.
We take client confidentiality and data security seriously.
