  • Are there any startup costs or fees to begin using your services?
    There are no startup costs, sign-up fees, or equipment to purchase. All you need is a dedicated computer for secure remote access. We provide the HIPAA-compliant software.
  • How soon can I expect to see improvements in my billing process?
    Most practices notice a significant improvement in claim processing efficiency and cash flow within the first 3 months. We recommend an initial 3-month commitment to maximize these benefits.
  • How are you different than larger billing companies?
    There are many excellent billing companies to choose from. My goal is to remain a boutique-style company so I can continue offering personalized, flexible services to each of my offices—something larger companies often can’t provide.
  • What is the pricing structure for your services?
    Our Insurance AR package is a flat fee of 3.5% of your insurance collections, with a minimum monthly charge of $2250. Customized packages and add-on services are also available to suit your practice’s needs.

    We use HIPAA-compliant software and adhere to strict cybersecurity protocols to safeguard patient and practice information. Our processes are fully insured, giving you peace of mind. Any stored data is located on US-based servers.

    Our core services include insurance claim submission, denied claim resolution, payment posting, and claim follow-up. Optional services such as insurance verification, account audits, and training are also available for an additional fee. We handle the entire billing process so you can focus on patient care.
  • Precision Dental Claims Fulfillment policy
    Fulfillment Policy Service Delivery At Precision Dental Claims, we provide professional dental insurance claim preparation and submission services in accordance with the terms of your signed contract. All services are rendered in accordance with the terms and scope outlined in your signed contract. We begin fulfillment once all required information and documentation are received, as specified in the agreement. Client Responsibilities To initiate and ensure timely claim processing, clients must provide: Complete and accurate patient and insurance details Clinical documentation and supporting attachments (e.g. xrays, clinical notes, prior authorizations) Completed claim forms or necessary billing data Incomplete or inaccurate submissions may delay processing. Rejections & Resubmissions If a claim is rejected due to an error on our part, we will correct and resubmit at no additional cost. No Refund Policy Because we deliver professional services and allocate resources upon initiation of your request, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once work has begun, regardless of claim outcome. Security & Compliance All services are performed in accordance with HIPAA regulations and current dental industry coding and submission standards. We take client confidentiality and data security seriously. Support Our team is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, for support and updates. Response time is typically within one business day.
